Looking for a quick but filling and nutrient-dense breakfast? This Superfood High Protein Pancake Bowl has you covered! This recipe can be prepped to the night before, making this delicious breakfast ready in under 5 minutes.

PREP TIME: 5 minutes

COOK TIME: 3 minutes

SERVINGS: 1 pancake bowl

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup gluten-free pancake mix (I used Living Prana Braincakes Pancake Mix— this is where the superfoods come from!)

    *Note if you are not using Living Prana Pancake mix, feel free to add your favorite superfoods like spirulina, cacao, lion’s mane powder, etc!

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • 1/4 cup egg whites

  • 1/4 cup nut milk

  • Optional: cinnamon or additional vanilla

  • Optional toppings: chocolate chips or cacao nibs, fruit, granola, maple syrup

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Add dry ingredients together and stir

  • Add wet ingredients

  • Can mix with a spoon but I prefer to blend in my blender for the best consistency!

  • Microwave for 3 minutes

  • And enjoy!
